• Selected membership tier and service preferences
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves)

How We Use It

• Schedule and deliver your services
• Bill your subscription and send receipts/invoices
• Contact you about your service (reminders, scheduling, updates)
• Improve and operate Overflow

Who We Share It With

We share your information only with:

• Stripe, our payment processor, to handle billing and payments securely
• Service providers within Ahmed’s network, only when necessary to fulfill a specific request you’ve made (e.g. connecting you with a trusted contractor)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage

Your information is stored securely and retained for as long as you’re an active customer, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal purposes.
