Services
Overflow provides subscription-based home services across three membership tiers (Essentials, Plus, VIP), each with a defined set of included services, frequencies, and limits as described on our Pricing page at the time of signup. Service inclusions are subject to the caps and notice periods listed for each tier.
Founding Membership Pricing
Customers who join as part of our first 100 founding members receive discounted “founding” pricing, locked in for 24 months from their signup date. After 24 months, membership converts to the then-current regular price for the selected tier, unless the customer cancels beforehand.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe). Applicable taxes (including HST) are calculated and added automatically at checkout based on your location.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial-month refunds are provided.
Service Limits
Each membership tier includes specific service caps (e.g. bag limits, service frequency, lawn size limits) as described on our Pricing page. Requests beyond these limits may incur an additional discounted rate, available on request.
Changes to Service or Pricing
We may update service details or regular (non-founding) pricing from time to time. Founding members’ locked pricing is honored for the full 24-month term regardless of changes to regular pricing.
Limitation of Liability
Overflow provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service delays due to weather, access issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
